1. How long does shipping take?

A: Orders usually arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the carrier.

Please note: Casa Agua Dulce is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the order has shipped.

2. Care Instructions

To keep your Casa Agua Dulce items looking beautiful y fresh, please follow these care tips:

Apparel

Wash in cold water (30°C / 86°F)
Avoid bleach or strong detergents
Do not use fabric softeners
Hang dry or tumble dry on low
Do not iron directly on the design (iron inside-out on low if needed)

Home Goods (Table Runners, Tea Napkins, Apron, etc.)

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
Mild detergent only
Hang dry or lay flat to dry
Low heat iron if needed (avoid printed areas)

3. Do you accept exchanges or returns?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You received the wrong item (color, size, or style)
Your item arrived damaged
We will request pictures through our contact email

Important Notes:

Wrong Items or damaged items must be unused and unwashed

4. Cancellations

A: Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered production.

Apparel items are printed to order
Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled
Cancellation approvals are at the sole discretion of Casa Agua Dulce

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oops! In the rare case that something arrives wrong:

Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number + photos
Items must be unused and unworn

After 7 days or if the item has been used, we’re unable to assist.
